Room Rates:

• CHARMING, QUAINT, and COZY each have a queen-sized bed and private bath. CHARMING also has a twin bed.

• The room rate is $120/night, single or double occupancy. An extra $20/night is added for a third person in CHARMING.

• Rates include a hearty Vermont breakfast featuring delicious homemade specialties such as waffles, scones, and muffins.

• Full house bookings of any length require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

To Cancel a Reservation:

• Your credit card number is used to secure your reservation. If it becomes necessary to cancel your reservation, please call us as soon as possible, respectfully allowing us the opportunity to rebook the room(s).

• The full cost of the reservation will be charged to anyone who does not show up and who does not call to notify us of a change in plans.

Check-in and Check-out Time:

• Check in after 1:00 PM. Check out before 11:00 AM.
